titleOfInvention | Method of manufacturing color filter for liquid crystal, color filter for liquid crystal manufactured by the method, and liquid crystal panel |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for producing a highly reliable color filter for liquid crystal, which is free from obstacles such as color mixture, color unevenness, and color loss. [Structure] A composition layer having water-based ink absorptivity and having a reduced ink absorptivity upon irradiation with light is formed, and then the non-coloring portion corresponding to the black matrix of the composition layer is previously irradiated with light. For liquid crystal in which the ink absorbency is reduced by means of an inkjet method, and then the ink is ejected onto the coloring portion of the composition layer which has not been irradiated with light to be colored, and then the colored composition layer is cured by irradiation with light. In the method for producing a color filter, the composition layer comprises (A) a vinyl-based monomer copolymer containing at least a monomer comprising the following structural unit (I): (B) At least two kinds of compounds with the photopolymerization initiator are included, and the hydrophilic monomer composition weight ratio in the copolymer of (A) is 5 to 95%. |
