titleOfInvention | Rubber-modified styrene resin composition with excellent moldability |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] In a rubber-modified styrene resin composition, (A) A particulate rubber-like polymer is dispersed in a matrix composed of a styrene-based polymer, and (B) the rubber-like polymer particles are (a) a small average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5 μm. (B) has a bimodal particle size distribution consisting of a particle part and (b) a large particle part having an average particle size of 0.6 to 4.0 μm, and (C) a small particle part of the total weight of the rubber-like polymer particles. Ratio is 60 ~ 95% by weight, and (D) the rubber-modified styrene resin composition has a melt flow rate of 5 g at 200 ° C. under a load of 5 kg. / 10 min or more, a rubber-modified styrene resin composition excellent in moldability. [Effect] Sufficient moldability is exhibited while maintaining impact resistance and heat resistance, and the surface appearance of weld lines, flow marks, etc. is poor without changing molding conditions such as mold temperature or painting the surface of the molded product. It is possible to obtain a molded product with no visible defects. |
