titleOfInvention | Processing method and device for preventing abnormal noise in door trim terminal |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a processing method for preventing abnormal noise in a door trim terminal portion for suppressing abnormal noise generated by rubbing against a door inner panel while a vehicle is traveling. [Structure] A heating plate 16 having a rough heating surface is applied to the surface of a folded portion 3a of a vinyl chloride skin 3 adhered to a substrate 2 to form a rough surface by melting, thereby forming a terminal portion. When the door trim 4 having a shape that is folded back to be adhered to the back surface of the base material 2 and is in contact with the door inner panel at the terminal portion is attached to the door inner panel, the terminal portion contacting the door inner panel is running on the vehicle. The abnormal noise caused by rubbing against each other is prevented. |
