titleOfInvention Water removal device in steamer
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Do not drop water droplets on the transfer means. By keeping the inside of the steamer warm, it becomes difficult to form dew condensation, and if possible, it can be discharged to the outside of the steamer to create a steam flow and evenly steam the product, and it is also possible to adjust the humidification conditions and the amount of steam. [Structure] Between the supply port and the outlet, a variable speed transfer means having an upward gradient toward the outlet is provided, and a large number of vapor ejection nozzles are provided above and below the transfer means so that the ejection patterns do not overlap on the transfer means. The ceiling, side wall, and bottom of the provided steam chamber are covered with a heat insulating material, the ceiling is made into a semi-cylindrical curved surface, and gutters are attached to both lower ends thereof. It is a water removal device in a steamer in which water drop receiving gutters are placed in the lower chambers in the gutters at both lower ends of the ceiling.
