titleOfInvention D-galactopyranosyl gluconic acid derivative of poly-α-substituted ε-L-lysine
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a novel sugar-substituted polyamino acid which is excellent in cell adhesion and cell growth properties and can be applied to biofunctional materials and the like. [Structure] A poly- (ε-L-lysine) in which at least a part or all of the L-lysine residue α-amino groups are amide-bonded to D-galactopyranosyl gluconic acid. A D-galactopyranosyl gluconic acid derivative of α-substituted ε-L-lysine was synthesized.
