(57) [Summary] (Correction) [Problem] Selectively selecting a specific plant component Provided is a method of obtaining a high concentration in a form as pure as possible and having a low content of pesticides. SOLUTION: (1) A plant or a part thereof is treated in 3.2 to 9. At a measured pH value in the range of 8 to obtain a primary extract containing the desired plant constituents by extraction with at least one polar solvent; (2) contacting said primary extract with an adsorbent resin A solution that adsorbs the desired plant component, while containing the undesired plant component, associated substances and pesticides is separated as an effluent from the resin; (3) desorbing the desired plant component from the resin with at least one solvent; (4) A solvent is partially or completely removed to obtain a concentrate of active ingredients; |
