abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To cut sheet-shaped soft materials with high precision. It is applied to the manufacture of cleaning blades for copiers and various sealing materials. [Structure] This cutting device includes a band-shaped blade 1 and a platen 2. A guide member 3 for guiding the blade 1 and a feed mechanism 4. The surface plate 2 is for mounting a sheet-shaped soft material W, and has a slit 2a through which the blade 1 passes. The guide member 3 has a material fixing piece 3c for pressing the soft material W near the cut surface. The blade 1 has side surfaces parallel to the longitudinal direction of the slit 2a, and the upper and lower ends are fixed to the blade fixing members 5 and 5 at an angle at which the cutting blade 1a forms an acute angle with the upper surface of the surface plate 2. In the feed mechanism 4, the blade 1 is the guide member 3 The feed is provided so as to relatively move along the slit in the longitudinal direction. |
