When producing a multi-step soluble multi-layered drug product in which a drug is mixed in layers, the solution for forming a layer is mixed with polyethylene, A method for producing a multi-step soluble multi-layered preparation, which comprises sequentially casting and drying on a substrate made of a synthetic resin such as polystyrene, polypropylene, polypropylene terephthalate, and ABS resin to form a layer. [Effect] It is possible to efficiently produce a film-like multi-stage multi-layered drug product with controlled solubility and drug release property by a casting method without any obstacle at the time of peeling. It is also excellent in terms of finished appearance and quality. The film-form preparation can be used for treating diseases such as periodontal pocket insertion agents. |
