titleOfInvention Method for curing molded rubber using photopolymerizable substance
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for curing a rubber molding. [Structure] Select a base rubber with desired properties and make a rubber molded product. Since the rubber is flexible, even complicated shaped products can be removed from the mold. On the other hand, when irradiated with light, polymerization starts, Select a monomer or oligomer or a polymerization initiator that has good compatibility with the rubber molded product. When this is applied to a rubber molded product, the rubber molded product absorbs monomers and the like. When this is irradiated with light, the monomers and oligomers in the rubber molded product are polymerized, so that the rubber molded product becomes hard. Therefore, it is possible to make a product having a complicated shape and a hardness of plastic that cannot be made with plastic. Further, the light may be partially irradiated. Monomers and oligomers do not polymerize in the unexposed areas. By doing so, a partially molded rubber molded product is obtained.
