(57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a device capable of easily controlling the height of a raised portion with an extremely fine adjustment amount. The invention relates to a device for controlling the ridge height (9) in the roll nip of a rolling calender device during extrusion of a double-sided calendered plate or sheet of thermoplastic. The position of the edge of the plastic web is recorded by the measuring sensor as a measure of the width and the measuring signal is transmitted online to the electronic control unit. The controller controls the roll speed or extrusion rate of the polymer melt to keep the ridge height within a minimum error. |
