(57) [Summary] [Structure] A bioprosthesis member comprising a porous layer constituting a bioprosthesis member made of ceramic which is not harmful to human body and having a surface layer in which a large number of holes are regularly arranged. In addition, a method in which a large number of holes are formed in a green sheet of the ceramic material, the green sheets are arbitrarily laminated to make the holes communicate with each other, and the green sheets are fired. [Effect] There is no fear that it will be firmly bonded to the bone and fall out from the prosthetic site. Even when the base material is made of ceramic, the base material and the surface layer can be integrally bonded, and therefore there is no fear of separation between the two. Further, according to the above method, the pore shape of the porous body can be designed in advance so as to be communicated while being displaced at a certain depth, and this can be accurately controlled in manufacturing. |
