Method for producing human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: A polypeptide having human granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (hGM-CSF) activity is efficiently produced in Escherichia coli. SOLUTION: hG containing the nucleotide sequence shown in FIG. 1 or 2. E. coli cells were transformed with a plasmid containing a DNA chain encoding M-CSF in an expressible state, and the transformant was cultured to produce hGM-CSF in the culture. Manufacturing method of GM-CSF. |
