abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Sell at a low price so that buyers can eat with their favorite flavor. [Structure] The moromi koji contained in a container is filled in a flexible plastic container 1. The container 1 has an expanding self-supporting bottom 2 on the bottom for holding the container 1 in an expanded state and making it self-supporting. The container 1 has a seal part 3 which can be opened and closed along the opening so as to be watertightly sealed. On the outer side of the seal part 3, there is a sealed part 4 that is hermetically sealed along the seal part 3. There is an incision 5 between the sealing portion 4 and the sealing portion 3. Incision 5 Is cut, the seal part 3 is opened and filled with soy sauce, and the seal part 3 is closed, so that the mash koji 6 absorbs soy sauce to make a soy sauce. |
