| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Sell at a low price so that buyers can eat with their favorite flavor. Use the container for sale together with the aged container so that the purchaser can easily store the container without transferring it. [Structure] The moromi koji contained in a container is filled in a flexible plastic container 1. The container 1 has an expanding self-supporting bottom 2 on the bottom for holding the container 1 in an expanded state and making it self-supporting. The container 1 has a seal part 3 which can be opened and closed along the opening so as to be watertightly sealed. On the outer side of the seal part 3, there is a sealed part 4 that is hermetically sealed along the seal part 3. There is an incision 5 between the sealing portion 4 and the sealing portion 3. Incision 5 Is cut, the seal part 3 is opened and filled with soy sauce, and the seal part 3 is closed, so that the mash koji 6 absorbs soy sauce to make a soy sauce. |
