titleOfInvention | Silver halide emulsion and silver halide photographic light-sensitive material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a silver halide emulsion having high sensitivity, excellent graininess, and improved resistance to pressure fog and pressure desensitization, and a silver halide photographic light-sensitive material using the emulsion. [Structure] The silver halide grains contained in the silver halide emulsion are tabular silver halide grains having an average grain size of less than 0.5 μm and an average aspect ratio of 3 or more, and the silver halide grains contain silver iodide. Having at least two silver halide phases having different ratios, and the phase having the highest silver iodide content among the phases contains more than 5 mol% and less than 10 mol% of silver iodide, A silver halide emulsion characterized in that 50% or more of the projected area of all silver halide grains have 5 or more dislocation lines. |
