titleOfInvention Magnetic composite fiber
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a magnetic composite fiber which is easy to manufacture and has a high magnetic force which is rich in flexibility. [Structure] 0.5 to 5% by weight (to particles) of a thermosetting resin is coated on the surface of magnetic particles made of an intermetallic compound of a rare earth metal and cobalt and having a particle diameter of 2 μm or less to a thermoplastic resin. A magnetic composite fiber comprising a core layer of a magnetic layer formed by mixing 95% by weight, and a core-sheath type composite layer including a protective layer of a fiber-forming thermoplastic resin as a sheath component.
