(57) [Summary] [Structure] General formula (I) A 5-HT 4 receptor agonist comprising a compound represented by the formula (wherein R is a C 4 -C 6 cycloalkyl group) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. [Effects] The compound of the above formula has a 5-HT 4 receptor agonistic action, and is associated with chronic gastritis, post-gastric resection syndrome, peptic ulcer, diabetes, gastrointestinal symptoms associated with scleroderma, reflux esophagitis, hypersensitivity. It is effectively used to treat gastrointestinal disorders, including genital bowel syndrome and pseudo-ileus. |
