titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing capsule toner |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a capsule toner which is excellent in environmental resistance and chargeability, and has low-temperature fixing property and blocking resistance, even though polyvinyl alcohol is used in the interfacial polymerization method. To provide a manufacturing method capable. [Structure] Polymerization at a droplet interface between a dispersed phase composed of a polyisocyanate, a polymerizable monomer and a polymerization initiator and a hydrophobic liquid containing a polymerization initiator, and a continuous phase composed of a hydrophilic liquid containing polyvinyl alcohol. A method for producing a capsulated toner to be reacted, wherein a dispersed phase is added to a continuous phase so that an active hydrogen equivalent of the polyvinyl alcohol is equal to or less than an equivalent of an isocyanate group of a polyvalent isocyanate, and both are suspended and stabilized. And then adding an amine-based substance to the resulting suspension, which is a method for producing a capsule toner. |
