abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A color filter is manufactured with high accuracy by a simplified process. [Structure] A red photopolymerizable composition layer is formed on a transparent substrate and exposed by using a negative mask having three different light transmittances. Develop and remove the part exposed with the smallest exposure amount, A green photopolymerization layer is formed on this portion. The portion exposed with the second smallest exposure amount is developed and removed, and a blue photopolymerizable layer is formed on this portion. [Effect] By performing the developing process a plurality of times for one image exposure, each color material pixel image can be easily and efficiently formed with high positional accuracy. |
