abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] An object of the present invention is to provide a dispersant composition as a cement admixture, which has low foaming property, excellent dispersibility, and excellent effect sustainability. [Structure] Acrylic (or methacrylic) acid alkali metal salt or alkanolamine salt is 0 to 20%, polyalkylene (C2-4) glycol acrylic (or methacrylic) acid ester is 10 to 80%, and vinyl ( Alternatively, the main component is a water-soluble copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an allyl, methallyl) sulfonate at a ratio of 10 to 70%. [Effect] The dispersant of the present invention has excellent initial fluidity, good stability over time, and a very small amount of air, and provides extremely excellent cement dispersibility.
