titleOfInvention Yeast and fish feed containing the same
abstract (57) Abstract: A yeast, Saccharomyces exigusus, which can be collected from the intestinal tract of fish and has anti-fish disease bacterial properties, and a fish feed containing the yeast or the yeast and saccharides. [Effect] The yeast of the present invention has an action of suppressing the growth of fish disease bacteria, and when a fish feed containing the yeast or a combination thereof with a saccharide is added, the yeast can be prevented or suppressed from occurring and fish disease can be prevented. The survival rate can be improved.
