titleOfInvention Heater device for heating and melting heat-weldable resin tubular parts
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] To shorten the heating time and eliminate the risk of the heater element coming into direct contact with the end face of the resin tubular part that is about to melt during heating. [Structure] A pair of resin-made tubular parts to be connected are made to face each other, and the opposite end faces are respectively heated and melted. Then, both resin-made tubular parts are brought relatively close to each other and can be heat-welded. A heater device (36) for heating and melting a resin-made tubular part, the first and second flat infrared-transparent glass plates (36d) and an electrically heatable heater interposed between the glass plates (36d). The element 36a and a built-up portion made of a glass material that can be adhered to a glass plate that is built up at a position that surrounds at least the heater element 36a of both glass plates 36d and is slightly higher than the thickness of the heater element 36a. And 36b and 36e.
