titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic toner |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Corrected) [Purpose] Electrophotographic toner with improved low-temperature fixability without causing blocking or offset, and electrophotographic toner with excellent dispersibility of colorants such as carbon black. Toner is provided. [Structure] In the former toner, a graft polymer comprising a styrene polymer main chain and a graft chain represented by the general formula (1) was blended as a fixing aid. The latter toner has a structure in which the fixing aid is dispersed in the fixing resin in the form of fine particles, and the colorant is dispersed in the fine particles of the fixing aid. [In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group having 11 to 17 carbon atoms, R 2 and R 3 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 17 carbon atoms, and R 4 represents 1 to 1 carbon atoms. 12 represents an alkyl group, and R 5 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a methyl group. X − represents an anion, and n represents an integer of 2 or more. ] |
