titleOfInvention Improved biological culture slide and method of making the same
abstract (57) Summary [Objective] The present invention relates to a microbiological culture slide for culturing cells or tissues in a growth medium and subsequently examining them under a microscope. [Structure] consisting of slides, partitions and connecting elements, A culture slide kit used to grow and differentiate various cell and tissue cultures. The partition has a sidewall with an upper end and a lower edge and is functionally located on the upper surface of the slide. The coupling element is placed to seal and releasably adhere the lower edge of the side wall of the partition to the upper surface of the slide. In addition, the coupling element exhibits greater bond strength to the lower edge of the side wall of the partition than to the upper surface of the slide, so that when the partition is separated from the slide, substantially all of the adhesive is available from the slide. Desorb.
