An indirect agglutination immunoassay for measuring the flow-out state of magnetic particles, A chemiluminescent enzyme for measuring the activity of an enzyme bound to a magnetic particle by using a chemiluminescent substrate after reacting by adding an enzyme-labeled antigen or an enzyme-labeled antibody to an aggregated magnetic particle determined to be positive by an indirect agglutination immunoassay The immunoassay result can be obtained by continuously performing the immunoassay. [Effect] Since the indirect agglutination immunoassay and the chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay are continuously performed, qualitative and quantitative measurement results can be obtained by a simple operation.
