titleOfInvention Aqueous coating composition for press processing of paper prints
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A copolymer (A) having an acid value of 50 to 250 obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture (a1) containing 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid. By copolymerizing a monomer mixture (b1) containing glycidyl methacrylate (glycidyl group-containing ethylenic monomer) in an aqueous solution or dispersion of the neutralized and hydrated resin (A ′) In the obtained aqueous resin dispersion, the amount of the glycidyl group-containing ethylenic monomer used in the copolymerization was 0.5 to 5% by weight based on the total amount of the mixture (a1) and the mixture (b1). A water-based coating agent composition for press-printing a paper print, which contains an aqueous resin dispersion (C) in the range as a main component. [Effect] It is possible to provide an aqueous coating agent which is excellent in peeling property and blocking resistance, and which also satisfies required performances such as gloss and crushing.
