titleOfInvention | Non-combustible cloth and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A cloth using fibers in which the surface of heat-resistant long fibers is coated with a fluororesin, which contains unfired fluororesin, and which causes ignition and flame in an ethyl alcohol combustion test. The non-flammable cloth which is smokeless and has little or no smoke, and which is smokeless and has no discomfort such as a tingling sensation on the skin, and is excellent in properties such as cleaning property, color and texture. [Structure] Dispersion liquid 7 containing a fluororesin is impregnated with heat-resistant long fibers such as glass fiber processed yarn, and the fluororesin dispersion liquid is adhered to the vacuum zone 10. Excessive adherence of the fluororesin dispersion liquid due to suction force To control the adhesion rate. Next, it is dried in the drying zone A, and heat-treated in the firing zone B so that at least a part of the fluororesin is unfired. The fiber coated with the fluororesin containing the unbaked component is formed into a cloth, and then at least one surface of the cloth is subjected to heating and smokeless treatment. |
