abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To improve the crosslinkability of hydrogenated nitrile rubber and improve the life of the toothed belt by improving the compounding ratio and the compounding ratio of the rubber composition in the toothed belt. The toothed belt 10 has a back rubber 14 and a tooth rubber 16 in which a tensile body 12 is embedded, and a tooth cloth 18 is bonded to an exposed tooth surface of the tooth rubber 16. The back rubber 14 and the tooth rubber 16 are formed by molding and curing a rubber composition containing a partially hydrogenated nitrile rubber having an iodine value of 12 to 20, a sulfur-based crosslinking agent, and a vulcanization accelerator. In particular, the vulcanization accelerator is a combination of a tellurium dithiocarbamate compound, a zinc dithiocarbamate compound, tetramethylthiuram disulfide and tetraethylthiuram disulfide at a specific blending ratio. |
