abstract | (57) Abstract: OBJECTIVE 18 F- L-noradrenalin provide high yield and a manufacturing method of the 18 F- L-noradrenaline can be obtained in a short time. An intermediate (II) is condensed by an ether bond with a crosslinked chloromethylstyrene-styrene copolymer carrier crosslinked with 6-nitroisovanillin and vinylbenzene. I) get Next, the nitro group of the intermediate (III) is converted into 18 F- Nucleophilic substitution with to give intermediate (IV). Then, the intermediate (IV) is reacted with cyanotrimethylsilane to obtain the intermediate (V). Then, the intermediate (V) is reduced to obtain the compound (VI), which is further subjected to a hydrolysis reaction to give 18 F-D, L. A racemic mixture of noradrenaline is obtained.
