titleOfInvention Method for producing fluorine radioisotope labeled dopamine
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for producing 18 F-dopamine, which can obtain 18 F-dopamine in high yield and in a short time. [Constitution] Isovanillin is nitrated to obtain 6-nitroisovanillin. An intermediate (II) is condensed by an ether bond with a crosslinked chloromethylstyrene-styrene copolymer carrier crosslinked with 6-nitroisovanillin and vinylbenzene. I) get Next, the nitro group of the intermediate (III) is converted into 18 F- Nucleophilic substitution with to give intermediate (IV). Then, intermediate (IV) is condensed with nitromenthane to obtain intermediate (V). Then, the intermediate (V) is reduced to obtain the compound (VI), which is further subjected to a hydrolysis reaction to obtain 18 F-D, dopamine. Embedded image
