abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a method for producing 18 F-dopamine, which can obtain 18 F-dopamine in high yield and in a short time. An intermediate (II) is condensed by an ether bond with a crosslinked chloromethylstyrene-styrene copolymer carrier crosslinked with 6-nitroisovanillin and vinylbenzene. I) get Next, the nitro group of the intermediate (III) is converted into 18 F- Nucleophilic substitution with to give intermediate (IV). Then, intermediate (IV) is condensed with nitromenthane to obtain intermediate (V).
