titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for controlling redox potential and dissolved gas of water provided with sterilizer
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a device in which the oxidation-reduction potential and the amount of dissolved oxygen are changed to desired values and sterilized water can be obtained without chemicals, and which is easy to handle and maintain. Constitution: Oxidation and reduction of water by simultaneously injecting air or oxygen and irradiating sound waves to the water in the water retention chamber 16 injected into the closed tank 17 by the combined sound wave generation jet type gas water mixing device 9. The potential changes, and the value is detected by the oxidation-reduction potential sensor 13 arranged near the bottom of the closed tank 17, and is input to the oxidation-reduction potential instruction adjuster 11. As a result, the ejection amount of air or oxygen, the sound wave generation amount, and the water ejection amount are adjusted and controlled to proper values, respectively, to obtain a desired redox potential, and the gas retention chamber 15 in the closed tank 17 is controlled. The treated water in which the amount of dissolved oxygen is controlled can be obtained by injecting N 2 gas under pressure into the inner space and leaving it for a predetermined time. Further, the circuit for circulating the water in the closed tank 17 by the pump P 1 is equipped with a sterilizing device including a filtering device a, a ceramic filling contact device b, and an ultraviolet irradiation device c to perform sterilization of water as well. Thus, treated water having a wide range of use can be obtained.
