titleOfInvention | Apparatus and method for separating solids from slurry |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] When separating solid particles from a slurry, (EN) Provided is a low-cost and compact device, and a device for separating solids from a slurry which can be easily separated. A solid separation device for separating solid particles from a slurry in which solid particles are suspended, the device receiving a slurry to be supplied, allowing the solid particles in the slurry to spontaneously settle, and allowing the solid particles to naturally precipitate. A settling separation tank that overflows a certain amount or more of the liquid separated by settling and a solid particle transferred from the settling separation tank and the liquid adhering thereto are stored, and the liquid adhering to the solid particle is permeated by an operation. And a permeation separation tank for separating, wherein the sedimentation separation tank and the permeation separation tank are water-permeable partitions for permeating and separating the liquid that has adhered to the solid particles and has moved to the bottom of the permeation separation tank. It is configured to communicate with each other through a plate. |
