abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] In a method for producing a reinforced polyamide resin composition by adding a layered silicate to a monomer for molding a polyamide and polymerizing the same, excellent mechanical strength is obtained without using a high pressure polymerization method. A method for obtaining a reinforced polyamide resin composition which is excellent in toughness, heat resistance, and dimensional stability, has a low water absorption rate, and is small in dimensional change and tensile strength decrease due to water absorption. [Structure] Polyamide (nylon 6 or its copolymer) The layered silicate is added to the amount of monomer forming 100 parts by weight. The monomer is polymerized in a state where an acid having a negative pKa is present in an amount of 0.0001 to 1 mol% relative to 0.01 to 100 parts by weight of the monomer forming the polyamide.
