Has good stirring property, and there is no toner scattering phenomenon. To provide a magnetic toner capable of obtaining a good image, and to provide a magnetic ink in which a magnetic material has excellent compatibility with a vehicle and the like and has good dispersibility. [Structure] At least a part of the metal in the organometallic complex is liberated from the complex, and the particle diameter is less than 1000 nm, preferably 50.
