abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Stable organic-metal composite magnetic material with extremely good reproducibility and dispersibility and exhibiting ferromagnetism, uniform and small in density, easy to handle as a toner, and in a developing device. Has good stirring property, and there is no toner scattering phenomenon. To provide a magnetic toner capable of obtaining a good image, and to provide a magnetic ink in which a magnetic material has excellent compatibility with a vehicle and the like and has good dispersibility. [Structure] At least a part of the metal in the organometallic complex is liberated from the complex, and the particle diameter is less than 1000 nm, preferably 50. An organic-metal composite magnetic material characterized by being dispersed as fine particles of up to 1000 nm in an organic metal complex and its residue.
