[Effect] The composite fine particles of the present invention are optical particles of ultrafine particles having high transparency in the visible light region and high shielding property in the ultraviolet light region, by converting the ultrafine particles having the ultraviolet shielding ability into the composite fine particles. It is characterized by stable expression of properties. The cosmetic of the present invention containing the composite fine particles is a cosmetic having excellent transparency and a high ultraviolet shielding effect. |
