titleOfInvention | Process for producing iminodisuccinic acid and its alkali metal salt and biodegradable chelating agent containing them |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] A method for producing high-purity iminodisuccinic acid and its alkali metal salts with a high yield and a short reaction time, as compared with conventional methods, (D, D) -free iminodisuccinic acid and its A method for producing an alkali metal salt and a biodegradable chelating agent containing at least one of them as an active ingredient. A method for producing a tetraalkali metal iminodisuccinate by adding maleic acid half ester to aspartic acid or ammonia under alkaline conditions, followed by hydrolysis and evaporation to dryness. Alternatively, a method for producing iminodisuccinic acid by adding sulfuric acid after hydrolysis without evaporating to dryness. Furthermore, a method for producing iminodisuccinic acid and its tetraalkali metal salt free of a (D, D) -form by specifically adding to (L) -aspartic acid. In addition, by preferential crystallization and washing of (L, L) -form and (D, L) -form mixture of iminodisuccinic acid or tetraalkali metal salt (L, L) -form. L) -A method for selectively obtaining iminodisuccinic acid. And (D, D) -Biodegradable chelating agent containing as an active ingredient at least one type of iminodisuccinic acid and its alkali metal salt that does not contain a body. |
