titleOfInvention | Laminate coated with lubricant, manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A base material 1 made of a thin metal plate, synthetic resin films 2 and 2 coated on both surfaces thereof, and petroleum wax-based lubricant layers 3 and 3 applied to the upper surfaces thereof. The laminated plate 4 is formed by applying a lubricant in advance for press molding. [Effect] The lubricant layer 3 protects the synthetic resin film, and it is not necessary to apply a lubricant during press molding. After molding, the lubricant can be easily removed by heating at high temperature. |
