titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing capacitor element in solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] The capacitor element 12 in the solid electrolytic capacitor 20 is manufactured in a state where the volume of the chip piece 13 of the capacitor element is increased. [Structure] A water-repellent member 15 is attached to the root of an anode rod 14 protruding from a chip piece 13 of a capacitor element 12, a dielectric film such as tantalum pentoxide is formed, and a metal oxide such as manganese dioxide is used. The solid electrolyte layer is formed, and then the water-repellent member attached to the anode rod is displaced in the direction away from the chip piece, and then a metal film such as silver or nickel is formed on the chip piece. The rod is cut at a portion on one side of the tip with respect to the ring body.
