abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A flame-retardant heat that uses a non-halogen flame retardant, emits less smoke and is less harmful, prevents deterioration of physical properties such as mechanical strength, and is capable of achieving a high degree of flame retardancy. A plastic resin composition is obtained. [Structure] 100 parts by weight of thermoplastic resin, 2 to 100 parts by weight of thermally expansive graphite, 0.03 to 10 parts by weight of metal oxide, 1 to 150 parts by weight of ammonium polyphosphate, and the following general formula (I ) A flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprising 1 to 50 parts by weight of a nitrogen-containing compound represented by (In the formula, R 1 to R 3 represent hydrogen or a hydroxyalkyl group having 1 to 16 carbon atoms, a dihydroxyalkyl group, a hydroxyaryl group, or a hydroxyaryl group)
