abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a manufacturing method for improving the productivity of a colored plastic molded product. [Structure] An electrostatic spray of a synthetic resin powder (B) containing a coloring agent, which has a polarity opposite to the above-mentioned charge and does not adhere to the mold, is charged on the inner surface of a molding die (A) to which an electric charge is applied. Then, after adhering a predetermined amount of the powder (B) to the inner surface, the molding synthetic resin (C) is filled inside the mold, and heat is applied to melt the powder (B). Then, it is transferred to the resin (C) and the resin (C) is adhered to the resin (C) to integrally mold them, and a synthetic resin molded article provided with a colored synthetic resin layer on the surface thereof. Manufacturing method. [Effect] It is possible to manufacture a colored plastic molded product having a color tone and a gloss which are equal to or better than those of coating in a single molding step, and it is possible to significantly improve the productivity of a high quality colored plastic molded product. |
