titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic photoreceptor |
abstract | (57) Abstract: In an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer, in which a phthalocyanine mixed crystal is dispersed in a binder, provided on a conductive substrate, the binder is a curable fluororesin and the phthalocyanine mixture is used. The crystal is composed of titanyl phthalocyanine and hydrogen phthalocyanine, and has a Bragg angle (2θ ± 0.2 °) of 6.8 °, 7.4 °, 15.0 ° in an X-ray diffraction spectrum. A phthalocyanine mixed crystal having peaks at 2 °, 24.7 °, 26.2 ° and 27.2 ° and having a ratio of the peak intensity at 27.2 ° to the peak intensity at 6.8 ° of 1 or more. . [Effect] Whether the input light is digital light or analog light, the electrophotographic photosensitive member can output an output signal as a digital signal. Therefore, it can be used for digital photography electrophotography, and it can be used for conventional PPC. Even when used as a photoconductor for (analog light input), a high-quality image with sharp edges can be obtained. |
