titleOfInvention Split type polyester composite fiber
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The number of yarn breaks during spinning is excellent and the process stability is excellent. Disclosed is a splittable polyester conjugate fiber that can be easily and efficiently obtained by alkali reduction treatment. [Structure] Polyethylene terephthalate (component A) copolymerized with isophthalic acid having a sulfonic acid metal base, containing a specific amount of polyethylene glycol, a carboxylic acid metal salt, and a hindered phenol compound, and an ethylene terephthalate unit as a main repeating unit. A split-type polyester conjugate fiber having a fiber cross-sectional shape in which the latter is divided into a plurality of pieces by the former.
