titleOfInvention Oxazacyclophosphamide derivatives useful for determining the optical purity and configuration of amines and alcohols
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Any one of optical isomers of the oxazacyclophosphamide chloride derivative represented by the general formula (I), a method for producing the same, and an asymmetric carbon characterized by using the same. For determining the optical purity and configuration of amines or alcohols having Embedded image (In the formula, Ar represents a phenyl group which may have a substituent.) [Effect] According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained. (A) The compound of the present invention can be obtained efficiently and stereoselectively. (B) The optical purity and configuration of the synthesized phosphamide derivative can be easily determined from 13 P and 1 H-NMR. (C) Further, the raw materials used are only reagents that are easily available, and large-scale synthesis, that is, industrialization is possible.
