R is hydrogen, a C1-10 linear alkyl group, a C3-8 branched alkyl group, C 2-7 alkoxyalkyl groups, C1-10 fluoroalkyl groups in which one or two hydrogen atoms are substituted with fluorine atoms, or C2-8 alkenyl groups, Either one is trans-1-sila-1,4-wherein the silicon at the 1- or 4-position has a substituent of H, F, Cl or CH 3.
