titleOfInvention Method for producing hexahydropyridazine
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] A method for producing hexahydropyridazine, which comprises synthesizing tetrahydropyridazine by reacting 1,4-butanedial and hydrazine hydrate and then hydrogenating the tetrahydropyridazine. [Effect] Hexahydropyridazine, which is important as a synthetic intermediate for agricultural chemicals (herbicides), can be easily produced from 1,4-butanedial and hydrazine hydrate, which are industrially inexpensive and easily available.
