titleOfInvention Patterned thermosetting resin molded article and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] It is possible to reproduce a desired color pattern with almost no variation, and the pattern layer firmly adheres to the casting resin and has high hardness and wear resistance. The object is to obtain a patterned thermosetting resin molded product having excellent physical properties in a simple process. [Structure] A thermosetting resin is applied to the mold surface 2 of the casting mold 6 to form a resin film 3, and then a decorative sheet 4 is placed in the mold to form a cavity 5 of the casting mold 6. Then, the thermosetting resin composition 7 is injected and cured, and the resin film 3, the decorative sheet 4, and the thermosetting resin composition 7 are integrally molded to obtain a patterned thermosetting resin molded product 8.
