titleOfInvention | Sheet molding compound |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Unsaturated polyester resin + shrinking agent: 100 parts by weight, thickener: 0.5 to 2.5 parts by weight, thickening stabilizer: 0.2 to 2 0 parts by weight, filler: 100 to 200 parts by weight, and fiber reinforcement: Sheet molding compound (SMC) consisting of 20-45% by weight in SMC. The thickening stabilizer is a (meth) acrylate having a hydroxyl group, a polyhydric glycol or a lower aliphatic alcohol, a polyolefin glycol having a number average molecular weight of 100 to 800, or an unsaturated polyester polyol having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 800. [Effect] This SMC is excellent in sheet releasability, fluidity during molding, and thickening stability for one month, and can be molded at about 20 Kg / cm 2 . The molded product has the same mechanical strength as the conventional product. |
