(57) [Summary] [Objective] To develop a catalyst effective for decomposition, elimination reaction containing halogen, and fluorination of halogenated alkane or alkene, and to proceed the reaction efficiently. [Structure] In the presence of hydrofluoric acid to be supplied or produced, a phosphate catalyst or a phosphate and a metal include an element selected from the group consisting of elements 3 to 12 (new IUPAC nomenclature) of the long periodic table. A catalyst is used. [Effect] The desired object can be achieved by the catalyst having high activity and long life. |
