titleOfInvention Photocatalytic filter and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Removal of offensive odors and harmful substances in the air, wastewater treatment and water purification treatment can be performed continuously and efficiently. In addition, a photocatalyst filter having excellent properties in terms of economy, safety, water resistance, heat resistance, light resistance, weather resistance, stability and the like, and a method for producing the same are provided. [Structure] The photocatalyst filter of the present invention comprises a glass filter made by fusing spherical heat-resistant glass, and a titania sol prepared from titanium alkoxide and alcohol amines or polyethylene glycol or polyethylene oxide added thereto. After coating, it is manufactured by gradually heating from room temperature to a final temperature of 600 ° C to 700 ° C and firing, and the surface is covered with a titanium oxide film of anatase having pores with uniform pore diameters. It is characterized by adsorbing environmental pollutants, and can be decomposed and removed rapidly, effectively and continuously by irradiation of light.
