titleOfInvention | Novel polyol composition and method for producing rigid polyurethane foam using the same |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] A low-density rigid polyurethane foam with high thermal insulation, excellent dimensional stability and improved physical properties is used as a foaming agent without using trichlorofluoromethane. A method of manufacturing well is provided. The polyol composition according to the present invention has the general formula (I) (In the formula, EO represents an oxyethylene group, PO represents an oxypropylene group, n 1 , n 2 and n 3 represent the average number of oxyethylene groups added, and n 1 + n 2 + n 3 = 2.0. Is in the range of to 3.5 and m 1 , m 2 and m 3 represent the average number of oxypropylene groups added, and are in the range of m 1 + m 2 + m 3 = 3.0 to 6.0.) And an alkylene oxide adduct to N-aminoethylpiperazine. The production method is characterized in that a polyol component containing the above polyol composition and an organic polyisocyanate component are reacted in the presence of a foaming agent. |
