titleOfInvention | Hepatitis C test agent and hepatitis C virus antigen peptide |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Construction of a test agent for hepatitis C virus and acquisition of hepatitis C virus antigen peptide for accurately determining a specimen that cannot be determined as positive by conventional test agents. [Structure] R from sera of multiple non-A non-B chronic hepatitis patients The NA was adjusted, cDNA was synthesized using the adjusted RNA as a template, the synthesized cDNA was incorporated into a phage vector to prepare a cDNA library, and the cDNA specific to the serum derived from a non-A non-B chronic hepatitis patient was prepared from the library. The cDNA encoding the antigen is screened and the cDNA sequenced. It is possible to prepare peptides having various lengths and subtypes based on the determined nucleotide sequence based on the amino acid sequence of the core protein region of hepatitis C virus, and to obtain higher sensitivity by combining these antigens alone or in combination. To construct a test agent for hepatitis C virus capable of immunological examination, and obtain hepatitis C virus antigen peptide at the same time. |
